As a realtor and a landlord, I practice what I preach. Owning and managing several properties in Hamilton has given me endless experience and knowledge. I know first-hand what a property will rent for, how to market it to renters, and how to choose a sound investment property. Creative financial solutions are my expertise, including rent-to-own, flips, and buy-and-hold real estate investments.
